The key of the floor washer should be opened lightly. Don't use too much force to break the key and damage the lock core.

The operating panel of the floor washing machine should be started by touching with fingers. Do not use other articles (such as keys and other hard objects) and apply proper force at the same time.

Check the length of the brush bristles regularly. If the bristles are shorter than 2.5 cm, change the brush. If the needle with 100 clean pad, then observe the wear of 100 clean pad at any time to prevent needle wear, recommended 100 clean pad wear 1/3 timely replacement.

If detergent is used to clean the floor, defoamer should be used in the sump tank. Cleaning materials such as detergent powder or industrial alkali should not be used to prevent blockage of the outlet pipe.

When washing the floor, if the water in the cistern is used up, the cistern must be drained first and then filled with fresh water.

Winter

When using washing machine, should idle for 3 ~ 5 minutes, because the gear box leakage in winter grease easy to bond.

At the end of the work, clear water tank, sewage tank discharge clean, to prevent freezing.
